1) A third party logistics firm will deliver your order direct to your front door.
We only deliver to mainland UK.
2) Access to your address
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any restrictions of access to the property, failure to do so may result in the delivery not being made and further costs applied.
3) Delivery Charges
All products are deliveried free of charge.
4) Delivery timescale
Upon receipt of your order, Yourbedshop will send you an order confirmation, via email, (or post if e-mail is unavailable).
Included within this order confirmation will be details of our stock availability and anticipated delivery timescales.
Where items are in stock at the time of your order we will endeavour to deliver the item to you within 7-21 days.
If we need to order direct from the manufacturer as we do not have the item in stock, the average lead time is 2-4 weeks depending upon the nature of the item ordered and the manufacturer.
We will keep customers informed if there is any delay on the anticipated delivery time of goods that has previously been included within our order confirmation.
Delivery times will vary on bank holidays and at Christmas time.
5) Confirming the delivery date
We will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.
6) Available days for delivery
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm. Saturday deliveries are charged and may led to longer delivery time.
Mattress Next Day
All products that are available on a 'next day' delivery service will be delivered by a 1 man logistics company. The service used will only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. This means that if you reside in an apartmant of block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Please understand that the logistics companies that offer a 'next day' service are not insured to enter a private premises.
